2. Pricing & Payments

A: Our quotation includes program design, professional services, trusted suppliers, risk control fund (insurance and contingency), and transparent cost breakdowns.

A: We believe in reasonable profit as a guarantee of good service. Extremely low prices often compromise safety and reliability, while excessively high prices are not sustainable. Our pricing reflects fairness, transparency, and long-term partnership.

A: Bank transfer is the standard method. Credit card payments may be arranged upon request.

A: Yes. Deposits secure supplier bookings and risk coverage. The balance is typically due before program commencement.

3. Booking & Workflow

A: Initial consultation to understand your objectives and budget. Tailored proposal with transparent costs. Confirmation & risk control setup. Pre-event coordination & logistics. On-site execution with dedicated staff. Post-event review & reporting.

A: We recommend at least 8–12 weeks before the event, though urgent projects can sometimes be accommodated.

4. Risk Control & Insurance

A: All quotations include a Risk Control Fund, which covers insurance, emergency support, and contingency measures. This ensures smooth handling of unforeseen events.

A: Our 24/7 hotline and on-site staff provide immediate support. We also arrange alternative transportation, medical support, or rescheduling if needed.

5. China as a Destination

A: China offers world-class infrastructure, rich cultural heritage, modern venues, diverse landscapes, and growing business opportunities. It’s a destination that blends ancient culture with innovation.

A: Most travelers require a visa to enter China. We provide guidance on the process, though applications must be submitted by the traveler.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
